Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to FM Store! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on final sale or clearance discount cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Damaged items due to misuse or washing errors are not eligible for a return.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5-7 working days.

  • Kindly note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will exchange it for you free of any extra charges. Please contact us immediately with proof (photos or video) of the defect.
